From there she decided to continue her education with Alisa by pursuing her Reformer/Apparatus certification. Sharen has 33 years (she's old!) of experience in the veterinary field. She has a wealth of knowledge in anatomy and how Pilates works to strengthen core muscles and align the whole body. Casey Beauchamp - Hip-Hop/Breakdance/Certified Yoga Instructor
Casey
Casey has studied and practiced hip-hop dance styles for over 10 years. He has competed on many levels and is a master b-boy (Break dancer). In addition to hip-hop, Casey has studied many dance styles including; Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary Modern, Improvisation and dances from Ghana West Africa.
Casey's classes combine foundation steps and moves of various hip hop styles such asPopping, Locking, Boogaloo, House and Breakin. All of his classes focus on freestyle to help each dancer find their personal flavor. Along with foundation and freestyle, Casey's improvisational technique from the post modern dance era creates a fun and dynamic class for kids. Students will learn about community, working as a team, & how to appreciate each persons individual style. While the highlight is on individuality, each student will work to hone and fine tune the movement vocabulary and history of hip hop and break dance.
